Move-Out Cleaning Checklist for Georgia Renters
Most deposit disputes come down to cleaning and proof. Landlords compare the home with the move-in condition, and the fastest way to protect your deposit is a thorough empty-home clean plus dated photos of every room.

Doing it yourself or hiring it out
A move-out clean in an empty home takes far longer than a weekly clean because everything gets opened and wiped inside. In the Atlanta area move-out cleaning often costs between $210 and $600 depending on the size of the home. If you hire it, ask for photos when the team finishes. Every CleanShine Pro move-out includes a photo report you can send to your landlord or property manager.
