To ensure we meet the specific needs of your home, the number of cleaners we send may vary. However, most homes typically receive a team of three to four cleaners.

We’ll always notify you the day before your scheduled service to confirm the details. If you have any preferences regarding the cleaning products we use, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service.
We accept the following payment methods: Check, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

No problem at all — you don’t need to be home during your cleaning.
We operate Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and many of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. In most cases, customers provide us with a spare key, lockbox code, or garage code to ensure easy and secure access.

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
If you’re not completely satisfied with our residential cleaning services, just give us a call within 24 hours. We’ll return and re-clean any missed areas at no extra charge.

Although we can provide a general time estimate, we prefer not to be bound by it. The size of your home and the scope of work required can greatly affect how long the cleaning takes. Our goal is to ensure the job is done thoroughly and to the highest standard — we let the results speak for themselves.

We highly recommend starting with a deep cleaning before beginning recurring service.

Yes — we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company!
We love working in homes with furry family members. That said, if your pet is aggressive or overly protective, we kindly ask that they be kept in a gated area or outside during the cleaning to ensure the safety of our professional cleaners.

If you won’t be home during your appointment, please let us know in advance how you’d like us to handle cleaning around your pet — we’ll do our best to make it a smooth experience for everyone!

No need to provide any supplies — we bring everything with us.
Our team comes fully equipped with top-quality cleaning products and professional-grade equipment to ensure your home is left spotless. We take all supplies with us when we leave, so there’s no hassle for you.

While tipping is never expected, it is always appreciated.
Some clients prefer to leave a small tip after each service, while others give a larger tip at the end of the year. For your safety and convenience, we recommend having a lockbox at the front of your home.
